 How Do I Order?

To find products in our store, you can browse through our 'search' and 'Categories' areas. Browsing using the 'Categories' feature will take you to pages pertaining to the selected category. You can scroll through the items that are available within the menu. Click on any product image to view it in greater detail with a description and price. Throughout the site, you will see products with buttons to proceed to order. Clicking on these buttons will allow you to order products from our site. You may choose among these three ways to place an order: First, we encourage you to come and visit us in Florida, in person. To place an order by phone, please call 954-242-2288 between 9:00 am-6:00 pm EST Monday-Saturday. At any time, you may order items from our merchandise selection on our website.

What Type Of Payments Do You Accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, Google Checkout and Paypal for all orders placed through thediamondstore.biz You will be prompted to give us information about your method of payment at the appropriate point in the checkout process. We also accept cash, checks, money orders & gift certificates for purchases at our Florida location. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accept layaways and also do not have any product financing options available.

Do You Charge Sales Tax?

Local taxes, if applicable, will be added to your order. For deliveries within the State of Florida, there is a 6.0% sales tax added to your order. We do not charge sales tax for out of Florida State residents.


When Can I Expect Delivery? 

When awaiting the delivery of your order, remember that the first day of business is the day after your order is processed, provided that the item you order is in stock. Thediamondstore.biz makes every attempt to keep items in stock. Should the item be out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail during the ordering process with the approximate delivery time noted. Many orders may be able to ship more quickly, but each piece of jewelry is created by hand to your specifications after you place your order. All orders are subject to credit and address verification. For your protection, all FedEx shipments require a customer signature upon delivery. Shipping addresses are limited to one address per order.


What Is Your Shipping Method?

Thediamondstore.biz primarily uses FedEx because it is a traceable and insured method of shipment. All shipments require a telephone number and an address specifying if it is a business or residential. All deliveries must be made to a physical address (no P.O. Boxes except APO/FPO addresses). All shipments require a signature, without a signature FedEx will not complete the delivery. Therefore, the shipping address must be one where someone will be available to sign for the package. We offer several shipping options: FedEx Ground, FedEx 2 Day (U.S. Addresses Only), FedEx Overnight (Standard Overnight Delivery).



What Is Your Repair & Replacement Policy? 

We will repair or replace jewelry purchased from us free of charge for defect or faulty workmanship. At thediamondstore.biz, we stand behind each piece of jewelry we sell. Our jewelry service center has highly skilled professionals to provide you prompt service. Check your jewelry and rings every six months as the prongs can wear thin.

How Should I Care For My Jewelry?

Check jewelry every 6 months as prongs can wear thin and allow stones to fall out. Chains and pearl strands weaken with wear. Ring shanks wear thin through time. Before disaster strikes, have your jewelry professionally inspected and repaired. No job is too large or too small, and estimates are provided. If you are an active outdoors type, you might be better off avoiding the marquise or pears shape stones. The shank as well as the prongs of a ring worn daily by a very active person will show the effects of wear.
