Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some international destinations.

Shipping packages will show up as from: Reflections. This is to ensure security so that there are no details that reveal the packages' contents.

Important: Your shipping time is how long it will take once your item is shipped, not from the time you place an order.
Most items will be shipped within 3 business days, but out of stock items, and items that are custom made or need to be adjusted, may not be shipped for up to 7 business days or longer. This means, for instance, that if overnight delivery is chosen on an out of stock item, it may not be shipped until day 8, which means you will not receive the package until the 9th business day. We will send an email to you at the email address you used when placing your order once your order is shipped with details on when to expect delivery.

Returns Policy

You may return any item bought on this site for any reason within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). The item returned to us must be in exactly the same shape as it was sent out or no refund will be issued.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

International Orders

We ship products overseas to almost all the countries including APO's. We do not have retail outlets overseas. The customer is responsible for all applicable duties, tariffs and custom clearances. Prices on our website, in email messages, proforma invoices & invoices are in US Dollars only.
